my running log

I run in gym at night since February. I am very satisfied about my achievement about losing weight, from almost 210 pounds to around 185 pounds.

I record the running log since Apr. 2rd. Here is the weight curve to present, as well as the heart rate curve to present.





the heart rate is recorded after the running immediately, after 1 minute, and after 5 minutes.
