The crisis of China

Yesterday, I watch a lecture from Youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UzLRkt8IKdU

The lecture was given by Xu Dai, a colonel of China Amy of air force. His original opinion give me an interest lesson on how to think wisely, what is the situation of China, what is the essence we can see through the superficial.

He gave a deep analysis about China's crisis, mainly from U.S.A. A big C encirclement around China, from northeast coastline to northwest, makes China very passive for the enemy. To the east coastline, Japan, Taiwan, southeast Asian small countries, they are all strategic allies of U.S.A., their armies are all supported by U.S.

This is not the point, I think the most I got from this speech is that I know all the benefits must be guarenteed by army force. The fair talk can only be going on between countries with the same military strength. Aircraft, artillery, high-tech equipment, military information networks, space technology, these are the key points determining what you can do, who you are and what you can say...

The United States, why it is strong, is always because its strong military power. GDP is the not the metric for measuring how strong a country is, or is not all. Only the GDP from military product can illustrate a country's power. China's GDP is mainly from textiles, real estate, food... while US's GDP is mainly from military weapon, space technology, computer technology, high tech.... this is just what China lacking of.. high tech product...

Chinese are not lazy, are not stupid, but sometimes are too clever... please notice that clever is not intelligence... We are blinded by ourselves, by our government, by our government's "stupid people's policy", by our government's big lie of harmony society, by our government's GFW.

We don't notice our critical environment, we believe lies, we trust the world is justice. How stupid our people are. Wish every people can learn from this lecture, and make them think, make them wake up...

As a Chinese, I love my country, I love my people, I love yellow skin, black eye.... But I hate my weak and incompetent government, Wen dare to opposed to Obama, but do not know how to deal with his counterattack, so ..., just like a Chinese word "装逼".

Free Tibet? shit, no way

As we know, today, Obama met Dalai in white house.

This picture was taken in Umass's Library, in the first floor, on the new book shelf, facing to the front door.

And, this book has been at his position for 3 months. Every other new books were taken off the new book shelf, unless this book.

"Free Tibet", as a Chinese, the only words I can response it is "Shit, No Way, never!"

Actually, I know the situation of Chinese democracy, the situation of Chinese communist party's darkness. But addressing the problem of the interest of nation, I will never support any statement for splitting up my motherland...even it is wrong, even it is evil. Be loyal to my people...

Sleeping flash effect

Yesterday, I mailed to Bob talking something about sleeping flash effect. lol.. it is my thought, which is lacking in scientific evidence.

I think our brain cells can be divided into two separated parts, one of then are working during the daytime, and another part of brain cells are working during night, when we are sleeping. Or in other words, some brain cells are active during day, and others are active during daytime and night.

What I want is to make full use of the cells those are active during night. I model the sleeping as three phases: 1, pre-processing, which is the time you are going to sleep but still not sleep. We always have this time, when we go to bed and lie down, we usually think something interesting or recollect something that happened today. we call this pre-processing, if we use this time to think about some problem and try to find the solution, which is a warm-up activity. 2 solving. During this process, we are sleeping with some brain cells still working on the problem we input during the pre-processing. The night-working brain cells are extremely clever than the daytime-working brain cells in some sense. And they may solve some problems that we can't solve during the daytime, but the solution is not complete, just fragmentary materials which should be assembled. 3 post-processing. Ok, now it is time to wake up. But it is really hard for us to wake up everyday, we can utilize this period to collect the fragmentary solution materials and assemble them to a complete solution.

If we can form this habit, I think it will be quite helpful for human beings' evolutionary.

Finally, I have to make a statement that all above is a farrago of nonsense, just for fun...

Happy Tiger Year

Today is Chinese lunar new year, Tiger Year.

First, on behalf of myself, I distribute the best wishes to everybody I known, and everybody who know me, and everybody I don't even know and does not know me as well. Good Luck Tiger Year!!!

This afternoon, I participate a party hold by our conversation corner's leader Brad. I really enjoy it. I think Brad is a nice person, his eye always be like a moon shape, curve... Even this is the second time I join them. We talk about how does American kill animals for meet, and I expose how Chinese kill animals cruelly. I just wonder why American's meet always contains a large amount of blood, and I complain that I have to spend much time to clear it . I do not quite understand American culture. Actually, they don't like to talk this bloody stuff during their lunch... sorry about that. We also talked about why Chinese do not like to ask question during class. As Chinese, I know, we were not permitted to ask question during the teacher's lecturing, we can just ask question when teacher allow us. But Chinese teacher always leave some time before class over for the questions, so if no time left then these questions are evaporated...

Then I went shopping and went to school, met a friend, then I follow him to play ice skating...lol...wonderful sport games, I like it very much. I will buy a pair of skates and go to skating...oh year!!!

I came home at 7pm. My roommates and I made dumplings, a big praise!!!

haha, enjoy the first day of Tiger Year.... I love today!!!

Remind your youtube tag

From GamingYoutube.com

Those of us that regularly upload and promote videos on YouTube are well aware of how difficult it has become in the past few months to drive views to our views. At least, a lot more difficult than it used to be. Still profitable? Certainly. That is, of course, if you can even get your videos to stick.

Many YouTube marketers have been experiencing problems with their videos being removed within minutes after uploading. In some cases, the video will go live for 20-30 minutes, and then get removed once again. Why is this?

With the normal routine process of elimination, you can try different things, different video editing techniques, different content, but you may find you’re still having the same problem.

Occasionally, I correspond with Liam Bowers, a very knowledgeable internet marketer, about these very challenges. In a recent email, Liam shared with me his latest insight on the problem of videos being removed after a brief run, and he agreed to let me share it with you:

YouTube seems to be detecting a pattern in frequently used combinations of description / title / tags, regardless of what the video content actually contains. For example, I have a very reliable set of tags I can use that gets me good, sustained traffic immediately for a particular niche. But I suppose I’ve now uploaded so many videos with these tags and my URL, that YT has detected a pattern and is automatically deleting the account (how they justify this, I don’t know. I’ve never seen anything about this documented and don’t know how it relates to the TOS, because it really doesn’t seem to be related to the video content)

I talked to the affiliate manager and he confirmed a lot of people are having similar problems.

If I put a random set of tags and my URL in the description, no problem. But this can be very hit or miss, in terms of getting views.

Anyway, I can still use the old faithful tags, but I can’t put a URL ANYWHERE in the description (at first) or it will get deleted within 20 to 30 minutes. The video starts getting traffic as usual…However, after I check back an hour later or so, if the video is still alive, I can alter the description to re-include the URL and it stays up with no problem. Apparently, whatever algorithm is looking for a pattern only does it once when the video is uploaded.

Well, there you have it. It seems title text, description, and keyword tags may very well be getting your videos flagged shortly after processing. This means you’ll have to get creative with the way you tag your videos, since the YouTube traffic you receive still depends heavily on your keyword usage.

Take Liam’s advice. Apply it and see if it improves the success rate of your uploads. Please feel free to share your own results here!

Adjacency matrix's power

Today, I found an elementary knowlege of graph's adjacency matrix. The power of adjacency matrix's meaning is that

A^k means the number of paths between any two nodes with path length of k.

wow... Although it is elementary. But I never know it before today. And after I found it, I have a great fun.

I amsick now...

conversation corner

For the sake of removing my yesterday's upset emotion, I followed Renjie's advisement to participate a English study group. We call it "Conversation Corner". Cool, just like Chinese call it "English Corner".

It is located at Jones Library, a public library in downtown. I leave home at about 11:30am, this class would begin at 12:00am. Since I got there early, I walk around the library for some time before spending some time in CVS looking for some artificial tears. Bad luck, it seems that my eye refreshment drops will be run out, I took a lot of and types of medcine from China including 10 eye refreshment drops.

The class is in a room on the second floor. Brad is teacher, a old American. Well, everything seemed going fine. A guy I thought a Chinese, was a Korean, an old Russian woman, an Chinese old woman, and an Afghan lady. Also my friend and me. We have a machine to show the slide. Nice equipment.

We talked about Afghanistan, Haiti earthquake, that Russian guy had a tour there as a volunteer. We talked about LA, that chinese woman just had a family tourism along west coastline. Happiness.

Then I went shopping. Lol...a big plentiful harvest....I cooked fish at night, but not as good as I expect. Anyway, I feel better than yesterday. But I still am not in the mood for watching a movie or reading paper... Just want to playing game and talking with someone online. I slept at 3am yesterday, which made me very tired the whole today...

I am lost

I don't know what to do now...I am totally lost...

I don't want to do anything. I feel a great failure when facing the world. Nothing to say, I am not a person like complaining...I just express my current feeling, just give vent to emotion, just try to make myself happier, just try to make myself comfort... Anyway, everything has to be going on, no matter who you are, how strong you are. The world will definitely go around no matter if you are alive or dead. I know this exactly...

Give myself 2 days, the weekend, after this weekend, I will be on my way.

Perhaps I am wrong to get over myself. Being modest, accepting with an open mind will help me find my correct position to stand. And another thing, being polite to anybody.

Right, that is it. Good luck to me.
